What happens to the information you enter.

Last updated: 1 November 2026. This page describes how the current free version of FixtureFox handles information, including Cloudflare Web Analytics. We will review it before introducing advertising, payments or new data features.

Tool data

Player names, team names and scores are processed by JavaScript in your browser. The random team, bracket and fixture generators do not send this data to our own server. The league table uses your browser’s local storage to remember names and results on the device you use.

Hosting and technical information

The static pages are delivered by a web host, which may process normal server request details such as IP addresses and browser information for security and operations. See your hosting provider's own documentation for its current practices.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how people use FixtureFox. It helps us see aggregated page views, popular pages, sources of visits and website performance so we can improve the site. The Cloudflare analytics beacon is loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com. Cloudflare states that this service does not use analytics cookies or local storage, and does not track individuals across other websites. Our tools do not deliberately pass player names, team names or game scores to this service.

See Cloudflare's information about data collection for technical details. Website hosting and security services may process standard request information separately from Web Analytics.

Your analytics choice

You can disable or re-enable Cloudflare Web Analytics on this browser below. This preference is saved in this browser's local storage and does not affect the generators or league data. If you disable analytics, a page refresh applies the change to subsequent page loads.

Check your browser settings to view the current status.

FixtureFox currently has no advertising pixels or personalised advertising. If we introduce advertising or other tracking in the future, we will review our privacy controls and update this notice before enabling those technologies.

Fonts

The site may request fonts from Google Fonts. You can replace the font import in the CSS with system fonts if you prefer not to make this third-party request.

Deleting your data

Use “Clear saved league” on the league page, or clear the site's data in your browser. Browser-stored results are not recoverable after you delete them.

Contact information

This site is currently an independent free-tools project. A public contact method and site operator details should be added before a commercial launch.

Sharing a result with a link

If you choose Share, FixtureFox can create a link containing a compressed snapshot of your teams, bracket, fixtures or league scores. The information is encoded in the URL fragment (after #), rather than stored in a FixtureFox account or database. Anyone with the full link can view the snapshot. Do not use real names or scores that you do not have permission to share. Shared snapshots do not update automatically and do not alter a recipient’s saved league.
